Lesley Hempfling

Lesley Hempfling is partner at Huggins Reddien LLP leading the firm’s Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration section. She advises entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, couples, individuals and families on the development of individually crafted estate plans to meet each client’s specific set of circumstances – including preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, marital property planning, business succession planning, and entity formation. Her clients include beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and creditors in all aspects of estate and trust administration, probate, and will contests.

Lesley established a solo practice dedicated to serving clients in estate planning, trust and estate administration and probate nine years prior to joining Huggins Reddien, LLP. Prior to this, Lesley represented corporations in complex commercial litigation and general defense litigation at Bracewell, LLP and Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney.

Lesley was named Texas Rising Star, 2004, is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas and a member of the College of the State Bar. Lesley served on the board of St. Austin’s School and Any Baby Can.
